This humble family-owned bakery sells up to 10,000 pieces of bread a day-most of it is their bestselling heirloom recipe cheese bread! The Santiago family has been running the bakery for three generations now and has become a treasured culinary delicacy in Pampanga.

      Mas nagaaccumulate ng germs ang glovers s fresh ingredients. Its okay na kamay as long as sinusunod nila ang standard n make sure malinis at nahugasan ang kamay bago mag masa. Kita din naman sa video n malinis ang kitchen nila at malinis ang process. Sa tagal na din ng business nila if ever madumi e di sana dami na nagkasakit ng tyan na bumili. Dka pa siguro nkatry ng sushi sa legit japanese resto na kinakamay ang food e no?

    This bread has been part of every Kapampangan's childhood. Before fast food restaurants made an influx to the province, this would be the typical treat for kids. The smell of it along with roasted garlic peanuts and floral notes of fresh sampaguita from the Cathedral (and, occassionally, horses) are basically the smell of downtown San Fernando.

I am a Filipina working here in New Zealand and I have already made a plan to visit Hapag 2.0 when I go home for vacation. I feel you thirdy. . You had me when you teared up.     I remimber when we open a restaurant in London last year with most of my friends whom I meet working onboard cruise ship, I was in Scotland and they reach out to me to open a Pan Asian restaurant in London.. It was like these family vibes eating launch together helping each other out we all came from hospitality mainly on ships and five star restaurant soo it was easy for us.. Seating up the place was crazy most of the staff was imported outside UK even wines glasses.. But having to manage a whole dining room that is 200 pax maximum capacity fine dining on board it was easy.. Good job guys I hope more of these will pop up in the motherland soo we catch up with our neighbouring countries couze let's be honest everything skills knowledge is there we just need someone to lid and take our food, service and hospitality service to another level.. I am soo happy to see young people doing these it's game changer

    I remembered when they opened LA bakery in San Fernando in 1985 I was in my first year high school... Every time my Mom goes to palengke sa madaling araw she always brings cheese bread and they have other bread there that looks like pandesal but doesn't taste like one it's better.
